Ad-aware and Spybot S&D
Just click to go to their sites, and download the tools.

We have been using GoToMyPC a lot lately, in addition to our old standby, PCAnywhere.

With GoToMyPC, we can walk into a customer site and, using nothing more than their web browser, log onto our host computer to do a demo of software. No muss, no fuss!

We also have set up one client as a host so that when needs "getting started" help we can log onto his computer and walk him through tasks.

There is a trial subscription that you can check out. A Corporate Trial Membership is available, also.
